They provided a riser for the wrong tank and would not reissue a new one based on the fact that they no longer dealt with the supplier of that tank. It went back and forth for weeks and in the end I purchased an additional riser for 240 through another company. Incredibly poor service for what should have been a very easy fix for them.

Very bad company to deal with. Our tank has a collapsed roof and has been for months now with no help what so ever. Save your money for another company.
