I contacted the company about doing the personal licence course, the CEO was very fast at getting back to me to explain how it work. quite quick to take payment. The exam process was easy enough Getting my certificate took ages and numerous text and emails lies from Mark saying it was been sent when it hadnt even been printed. When I went on the site to ask the support team they told me the only person that could help was Mark the CEO strange really not sure what the point of the support teams job was. I got my certificate and paper work to send to the council. My council don't exept cheque so had to pay over the phone. Mark said he would make payment when they called... 2 weeks later he's not responded to council which has delayed my licence putting my job at risk. I have now had to pay for the licence myself so it gets sorted. I'm disgusted at the service.
