The easiest tax filing experience I’ve ever had. They were so helpful and professional. It’s so refreshing to have a smiling face take their time to explain taxes and how everything works. I normally wait to the last possible moment to do my taxes because it’s such a pain however this year it was super fast and easy.

Never again will file with them i filed in May I still haven’t gotten my taxes back . They messed up my amount couldn’t answer question that I had as far as my company . Just not helpful at all!! When you call them they place you on hold for 20 minutes ! I am beyond done !!

It was extremely difficult to access, but she was persistent and was able to get it. I would never go anywhere else. They are wonderful!
