I called this company to come out and repair an issue that I had with my ac. The guy came out and told me that if the issue continued, to call him and he’ll come back and check it out. Not even an hour after he left, I was still having problems. I called and the girl told me that someone would call me back. That never happened. I called again about 2 weeks later and was told the same thing, again with no call back. I called a third time and the girl tried to tell me how to fix the issue over the phone, and then told me that someone would call me back to come out and take another look. No one ever called. This company was a pain to deal with.

Very pleased with the job Frank, Jr. and his team did for my wife and I. We were having issues with our home warranty company, so I found NTC via Home Advisor. Couldn't be happier with my decision. From start to finish, Frank was a true professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns, as well as show me all there is to know about the world of HVAC, so that I could make the best decision for my family. One thing I truly appreciated was Frank's willingness to go above and beyond your basic installation. He repaired several areas which needed to be taken care of , and NTC even lent us a couple A/C window units to keep us cool at night between day 1 & 2 of the job.
