Broke the cap on the alloy wheel, tried to fob it off that it was already broken, it 100% wasn't and 3l2 lugs were missing. Mistakes happen and if you damage something just hold your hands up, if of gone away alot happier. Cost 15 to replace and guy accepted no responsibility at all! I'd think twice before using again

Very helpful and informative. Went in for what appeared to be a slow leak on front passenger side tyre. Car one year old when purchased; owned car for approximately 13 months, though it had been off the road during lockdown as we are in age group 75. They went the extra mile checking all tyres and finding an illegal repair which could have caused a serious accident had we done our usual mileage travelling up the A1. Grateful for lockdown. The car had its 12 month service by the garage we purchased from 4 weeks previous. Invoice stated wheels checked, obviously not. Thank you to National Tyres, Hemsworth.
