Booked a van over the phone for the next day. They took my money straight away, but I never got a confirmation email. Van never turned up anyway. I've been refunded. Not really a good experience. Luckily I realised it wasn't going to happen and made other arrangements. Won't be depending on this company again.

We had an appalling experience with this company. They cleaned out my bank account without warning or justification and left me unable to feed my children. We returned the van in good order with a full tank of fuel as agreed by the man who came to collect it. Heard nothing else, then 3 weeks later all my money has been taken for fuel charges. Customer service agent Lucy was rude, obnoxious and clearly has no interpersonal skills whatsoever. She even laughed at me. Save yourselves the hassle and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The 5 star reviews are posted by staff members - what does that tell you?
