I wish I could give 0 stars. THIS COMPANY IS A GROUP OF SCAMMERS! Look at my history of reviews! I've given ZERO my entire life, not one. STAY AWAY! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere and do your part about putting business like this one out of business!

I only left one star because I had to. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. All they have done is lie to me. I was suppose to have my part over a week ago. They refuse to tell me when I am actually going to receive it. They took the money out of my account before I was even able to to ship them the part being replaced. But yet they refuse to help me at all. Read the reviews. I am sorry I did not. They are correct!

I sent in my GEM to them Via UPS. Took for days for ot to arrive at their facility. They got it on a Friday and had it fixed and sent back to me the following Tuesday! I had it back FIXED in my possession in a week! Great customer service from Mark! BEST OF ALL MY VAN IS FIXED AND BACK ON THE ROAD!!! Thanks to these wonderful people!!!!

RUN !!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!! THIS IS A SCAM ! Do not trust a few 5 star reviews when all the rest are 1 !! . I wish I had done more research on the company instead of clicking on google pay per click ad. For those who want to know more: I sent my ECU to them, a week later, call comes through ... ups, 170 is not going to be enough, we will need another 477. The processor is shot, ECU unrepairable. Had to go along with it, was skeptical though. 2 weeks later ECU comes back, no changes. Whatever they did or didn’t do, was no use. Took it to another ECU place, although had to drive 2hrs. First news - ECU hasn’t even been touched. Just received cc claim back resolved in my favor, they still can challenge that, I hope not. Update: According to my cc issuer, in their terms and cons, they do not guarantee their parts will work. They challenged that, and they got all my money ! I didn’t even know it was legally possible. Yes, I lost 650 and there is nothing I can do about this. You won’t be able either. Stay away !
