A genuine and natural process of nature. I have done two biofeedback sessions so far, and I feel improvements in my meditation routine, physical health and I am able to handle easier stressful work conditions. I felt very comfortable during the sessions at Naturwave, Mariana has a natural and genuine quality in her approach, she creates a very comfortable and relaxing environment. The biofeedback process at Naturwave is very gentle, at times I almost fell asleep, and also it can be profound on other levels. I became aware about certain things I didn't notice consciously, things that happened and affecting my life. I follow the advice in respect to the food and lifestyle adjustments and I can feel the effects, I have more energy and the quality of sleep is better. Mariana seems to have a great experience and knowledge in the Field, she was able to help me in other personal areas. Thank you
