I met with James, the owner, one evening. Although it was late and nearly dark when he showed up, he was very professional and guaranteed me that he could remove the paint from my porch. James gave me a quote, but never returned to complete the job. We scheduled for a Friday a week ago, but he couldn't make it. James rescheduled to the Monday after, but still hasn't shown up. I've messaged him several times without a response. James hasn't called to explain any situation that caused him to not be able to do the job. No courtesy has been given.
