Apparently you can't be seen with a headache because it's a symptom of covid. Needless to say, my husband, who also has Graves disease, had to find a new doctor. The headache turned out to be shingles. Should have taken the hint that Baptist is horrible when I was diagnosed with MS and the nurse practitioner sent me to a different health system for a neurologist. We have been completely disgusted by the lack of care...never again Baptist! You need to step it up! For us, Sacred Heart is where it's at!

SO INCREDIBLY SLOW. If you have all day to sit & wait to be called for bloodwork this is the place! Every chair is filled, I've been here for 50 minutes, & when called back for bloodwork, each person is back there over 10 minutes! I've never seen such slow service. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the due to the friendly staff.

When we moved her seven years ago this facility was one of the best managed facilities I’d ever been in. But yesterday’s visit was terrible. The new person in charge had changed what was already a very efficient system into an archaic redundant inefficient system that had.patients waiting for lab work up to two hours. Just for lab work. Terrible management. Whoever they put in charge has no idea what she/he is doing. She should be promptly fired. It’s not a staff issue, but an administrative issue. Great staff but terrible management

I had to wait 1 HOUR to get my labs done!!!!!! I had to CANCEL my dentist appointment also! I had to wait an HOUR! The waiting room was colder inside than outside! Seniors like me don’t need cold! I’ve been coming to Navarre for years and this is the worst experience I have had there!

They were GREAT a few years ago, but lately, it seems, they are over-booking. I never get seen in under 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment. But the entire staff are committed and friendly. I refuse to change offices at this point in time, as a certain doc just kept prescribing Vicodin for every issue I have had. I HATE Vicodin. Anyway, just my two cents.
