Extremely happy with the end result. I don't live in Navarre anymore, so I wanted to leverage a local business and not pay overhead for big floral online service. I called, gave the price range and generally want I wanted. My mother was thrilled with her floral arrangement. Not only did they do a great job with the flowers, I had my days screwed up (I know bad son), of her birthday. I had thought it was on Friday, I had ordered on Monday. On Wednesday at 1pm I realized it was actually that day, so I called and asked if they could deliver earlier. They said they'd do Thursday. At 2 pm (an hour later) I got a call from my mother said how thrilled she was. Thanks Falcon Florist for the great arrangement (and covering my mistake).

Tried to order flowers for over a week. Never returned my call or answered the phone. Not very professional. Ordered the flowered from Cummings in Massillon and was very happy.
