Great workout atmosphere. I feel comfortable to come in whenever I choose to.
While on vacation, I dropped in at Iron Lady Fitness and was extremely pleased with the facility which was equipped with everything I needed for my powerlifting program. It was also a very clean space; disinfectants and hand sanitizers were readily available for everyone to use. I could tell from the minute I walked in that cleanliness was one of the top priorities at ILF. Maegan, the owner, was extremely helpful despite the ongoing pandemic. She reached out to me in a timely manner when I first made inquiries and checked in with me to let me know she was available should I have any further questions. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to squeeze in a workout while on vacation or for locals who are interested in a clean, safe and welcoming place to train.
Wonderful place! Very clean, lots of machines, super trainers!! And LOVE the security of the place 24/7. Those girls totally ROCK!
Love this gym! Such a great group of empowering and strong women lifting one another up! Absolutely Affordable, clean and your never feel creepy eyes on you
