I enjoy coming here for the “little extras” I can’t seem to get conveniently, anywhere else. As someone who sticks to natural products and shopping small when feasible, I LOVE being able to find it all in one spot, reasonably priced, and so close to home! If Kandi doesn’t have it, she is at least willing to look into the product for you and order it (as she did with my salt spray and perfume) or will suggest a comparable alternative.

Absolutely LOVE Nauti Grotto! The staff is knowledgeable and beyond attentive to your needs when you are in the store. The new owner is more the accomodating and if she does not have something in stock, she will order it promptly and let you know as soon as it is in.
