Had them come out to take a look at my window to repair the weights and clips. They were there for maybe 10min and left stating they would get me a quote. When I went to leave the house my security system would not arm. I found that they had broken the sensor on the window frame when they rehung the window. Failed to tell me before they left. Also minor but annoying, I met them during my lunch break and they parked in my driveway forcing me to park on the street in front of my house.
I've worked with R & C glass twice now, they just installed my custom shower this morning. Friendly, fair prices, completed quicker than anticipated. My go-to for glass work.
No BS, No shenanigans, needed glass replaced in front window of my home. Told them what I wanted gave me an estimate in person on the spot, hired them. Told me 2 weeks, they called in 2 weeks with order ready glass installed, looks great. No phone tag, no I will give you an estimate in few day. No hassles
