Brad did the inspection for our home purchase and we could not be happier! He spent over 3 hours at the property doing his inspection and going over in detail with us each defect he found. After researching several companies, we decided to go with Sasser’s Property Inspections. We were very pleased with the service and how quick it was to get scheduled. They were very thorough and afterwards went over everything with us and explained in detail the issues. They even took the time to answer all of our questions and were very informative, highly recommend to anyone needing an inspection.
With being a first time homebuyer we knew how important getting an inspection was even on our new construction home. Finding the right inspection company was just as difficult as finding the right home. After much research into what was included in the inspection and looking at past reviews, we felt confident with going with Sasser’s Properly Inspection and the inspection and service was more than we expected. We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know that needs an inspection.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! He failed to identify a broken main drain that backed up and flooded the house the first day we moved in. Then said he did his job right. SHAME! My daughter has to spend 2500 on a Plummer and still can't live in her new home.
