Incredible Atmosphere, Clean !!! and overall a fantastic Gym with not only 24 hr access, but Quality machines and a Wide selection of free weights. Owners Mr. and Mrs Cosmo make everyone feel like a family member. Thank U both for providing Navarre FL with an exceptional Gym and making us feel at home. Love MY gym. Have been a member since they opened, and they are constantly expanding there equipment. Just an fyi, they no longer have batting cages, which is perfect. There are three different size tires to flip, battle ropes, plenty of floor space to do ab work and so much more. The staff is amazing, Art, who is usually there most mornings during the week, will make it a point to get to know your name. Incredibly friendly feels very much like family. Don't hesitate to ask any of the staff for advice or assistance! They also have a key fob you can purchase for an extra monthly fee, (5) so you can have 24 hour access. Plenty of free weights,( they just doubled there selection in the last week) and machines. Family or friend not from here can buy daily access pass. My father in law loves it when he comes to visit. :) They do silver sneakers too! Susie and Cosmo are the most friendly and passionate owners, so say hello!

I'm glad that we have this option in our area. It's always clean, people are respectful, and the rates are very reasonable. I just wish that I had started coming here sooner

Just want to take the time to shoutout The Shark Gym. I haven’t lifted on base in about a year since leaving the Military. I struggled a lot to find a local gym that I liked. The Shark Gym did it for me! Good small local gym and veteran owned. Reminds me so much of my favorite gym back home in Wisconsin! Plus The Shark Gym has no dumb rules like all your local chain gyms. Been consistently lifting here for 8 months now and love it every time! Such friendly staff and owners!

Great place to get in shape. Very large workout area has more equipment than other gyms. 24 hour access makes it convenient.
