Signs and online schedule state they close at 1700- got here a bit over 20 minutes early to see if they can fix a pulled thread in my knit sweater and they’re closed. Lights off, door locked, zero life inside. I get closing up early if no one’s coming in for many types of businesses, but why not post that hours may vary or something instead.

RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!! I took my wedding dress there to have dry cleaned for my up and coming nuptials. When I picked up my dress a week before the wedding, the dress had visibly shrunk 2 inches from the bottom. The lining of the dress was hanging down further from the dress. I was absolutely heart broken. When I told the lady working up front she said that shouldn’t happen. I said exactly. She did not offer a refund nor an explanation. She said they did what was instructed and that was dry clean your dress. I said if it was dry cleaned then why did it visibly shrink 2 inches. Now my wedding dress has to be altered one week before the wedding and it will be too short. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Zero explanation, zero remorse, zero professionalism!!
I have had nothing but the best service and customer service from Walton Cleaners in Navarre, FL. I've been using them for over 3 years.
Have repeatedly used their alterations service, but not had anything cleaned. Does as good of a job as any cleaners I have been to. They send alterations out (like most) and takes a while to get back.
I gave them 2 gowns to dry clean for a charity ball I planned to attend on Saturday. The lady said both gowns would be ready Friday after 2pm. I didn't go Friday but I came Saturday morning to pick them up. The dress I planned to wear was NOT available! I asked," why didn't someone call to inform me that the dress needed extra care and would not be ready?" The lady said she didn't work on Friday so she doesn't know why I was not contacted...she seemed indifferent to the inconvenience. What if I had dropped just 1 gown off to be cleaned?! What would I have worn then?! The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. Find somewhere else to take your clothing...a place where they actually care about your business!
TERRIBLE service. Not only did I have to get my 2 pants altered twice, because they messed up the first time, and the lady had the audacity to say it was my fault that THEY got the measurements wrong. Maybe if she spoke a little better English, there wouldn't be a communication error. Well, I just realised that one of the pairs of pants has bleach stains on the front of them......Definitely not taking the pants back to complain, because if somebody tells me it's my fault after paying 40 in alterations already, somebody is getting punched in the face......
I visited Walton Cleaners while shopping at Shoppes of Navarre. I inquired about a price list. The women (in significantly broken English) told me that she doesn't have a price list. She then proceeded to recite the prices as if I'm suppose to take dictation. She didn't offer to write the price list nor did she offer a business card even though they were on the counter. Nice store front and clean interior, but employee customer service and professionalism needs a lot of work.
