The AC fitting was done horribly wrong. Brand new 1.5 ton LG AC is not cooling a 10x16 ft. room. The persons who came to install the AC were rude and rushed though it. The pipe connecting the compressor and the AC literally has a 180 degree bend! How on earth can Air pass though that! An AC serviceman also confirmed that this was wrong. We have complained with ZENITH 3 times in person. Apart from that, we have complained at the service station 3 times, and have raised a complain 3 times with the company having 3 different complain numbers. All this in the last one month. The Owners of ZENITH are rude and are not paying any heed to this complain. They are Infact demanding further money for someone to even come and check this. After spending 45 thousand rupees on a device, getting such horrible service and being treated with such disrespect by ZENITH is unacceptable. LG as a brand seems to not care at all. ZENITH as a dealer literally doesn't care at all after multiple visits to their store. To top it all off. They have not even fit a water outlet pipe from the AC! The water just drips away. Now they are demanding money to fit a water outlet pipe which is a basic prerequisite while installing the AC. WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE.
