We recently had Naylor Construction complete an extension on our house that consisted of a new kitchen build, converting the existing kitchen diner into a reception room, converting under the stairs into a WC, removing a chimney breast and building a retaining wall for our multi-level garden. From start to finish we were extremely happy. At the quote stage Mark was the only builder who took the time to actually sit down and explain every aspect of the project, by the time he left we knew exactly what it would look like. Communication was excellent throughout the build and Mark was always available for a phone call or a silly question on my part. As we have three young children Mark and his team were very considerate and did their best to work around the family, keeping us informed at every stage. As for the build itself we are so happy with the finished rooms, Mark, Cole and his team went above and beyond to create a fantastic home. Mark was also happy to communicate with external companies such as the kitchen suppliers and electricity board, which relieved lots of stress on our part. All in all Naylor Construction proved to be an excellent choice. With competitive quotes, excellent communication and a team of genuinely nice, hardworking professionals we would be happy to use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

We used Mark to do an extension at the rear of our house and knocking a wall down between our existing kitchen and dining room, including putting in steel beams for supporting walls and relocating our back door. He also put in our new kitchen, flooring, skirting boards and installed a tv on the wall. We are incredibly happy with the work he has done. From start to finish he has kept us informed at every stage of the job and the expected timescales. He was really helpful whenever we had any questions, even in the evenings and nothing was ever too much trouble. They kept everywhere extremely tidy and always cleared up before they left for the day. They even power washed our drive when the job had been completed. Mark, Cole and his team worked really hard (even some weekends) to get the job done as quickly as possible, which was very much appreciated with us having two small children. He is extremely trustworthy and we provided him with a key so that he could let himself in the house whenever he needed to when we were at work. Mark has done an amazing job and we cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much.

I don’t normally leave reviews, however I feel like I need to for Mark – he has demolished 5 walls for us and put steels back in place, as they were all supporting walls. His work has been outstanding, he has kept us in the loop for everything such as how long he expects it to take, if any problems arose he rung me straight away and just kept me up to date on how things were going. To say he cleaned up after himself would be an understatement – he sheeted up the house so the dust would be confined to one area and then once he has finished he hoovered up and left the house so tidy! He is also a lovely guy, so you know you will be looked after. Honestly I cannot recommend Mark enough!.

The joinery and glass fitting is exceptional - the whole team are friendly skilled and efficient. Mark has done numerous projects in our house including building a chimney breast, installing our media wall, new doors, windows and oak and glass banister/hand rail. His quality of work is second to none. Most recently, we had a flood which ruined the living room ceiling. Our insurance company allowed us to choose our own builder to complete the work. Without hesitation we instructed Mark to replace the ceiling. He acted quickly in the circumstances (I was 38 weeks pregnant) and completed the work the following week (the day our daughter was born - a few days early!). Every job he completes, is done to very high standard. I Would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a high quality finish on any building work!
