These guys were great the best ive been treated by an estate agent ever
I found Naylors not only professional but genuinely friendly. During such difficult times for us all I was tasked to find my Director a rental property whereby I found myself continually let down by several different Agents in Leicestershire. Until I had the pleasure of meeting Jane to view a property and thereafter Chelsea and I successfully found a lovely property for rental. I would have no reservations whatsoever recommending Naylors to sell a property/manage a rental/rent from. All covid-19 precautions/measures were met by Naylors.
Absolutely disgusted with this company. I had arranged a evaluation of my property, one of the two directors William Naylor attended . He was not wearing PPE, I asked him if he had a mask. He told me he did not and I then politely told William on this occasion I couldn’t allow him into my home.To this he responded “Fine!” And then proceeded to walk away without another word. Not even to offer to get a mask or reschedule the appointment . I felt this was not only incredibly rude but also irresponsible in the current climate of COVID-19. We are in the 4th month of a world wide pandemic, I felt it not a big ask for William to be wearing some sort of face covering? Not only to keep me and him safe, but also keep the people safe who’s houses he may of been visiting that day. I called to make a complaint and spoke with Liz Naylor. Who seemed to try and justify not protecting the staff and clients of Naylors- not that there is many considering there is only around 7 properties within Market Harborough for sale on their website. Liz’s attitude toward my feelings were that as a company they didn’t feel they had a responsibility to ensure people were kept safe and wouldn’t be taken any necessary steps to prevent the possible spread they could be causing. “ we cannot make people wear masks” “ it’s not law”. If a staff member refuses to wear a mask then they shouldn’t be sent out to people’s houses, it’s that simple. An evaluation is not a long process and it is not much of an inconvenience to wear a mask for the duration. You could be saving someone’s life, it’s that simple. Although that doesn’t matter to Liz as she told me she wasn’t bothered about the 45,000 who have contracted the virus and died. This company will not be selling my current high value property nor will they be selling any of my future properties. Disgusting.
