I can’t even begin to describe the level of unprofessionalism. Neal Realty manages a commercial property that my business rents. They have assisted in creating every single possible obstacle for my business to overcome in our attempt to succeed as a new, small business. They have lied on numerous occasions, have made us jump through hoops to get things fixed that are clearly their responsibility as stated in the lease. First, they blamed us for leaks and air conditioning problems, and it took literal screaming for them finally to repair these things promptly as stated in the lease. They have lied over and over again about changes that will occur in order to increase value of the plaza - but instead of ever delivering on what they say, they rob us of more CAM with zero in return. They are apparently satisfied managing a plaza with over half of the property vacant - as no one would want to rent something that disgusting. They speak rudely and to be quite honest, as a business owner, I strive to be the opposite of how this company does business (proven over and over for the last 3 years). Stay clear of any business dealings, you will be sorry.
