Arguably the worst place ever! Went there to get a silver necklace repaired, I am a keen fan of supporting local businesses. After a week I went to pick it up. They used the wrong connector type to the neclace had 1 style connecting link on one side and different on another. They said that is all they had, and would have to order an new one and I would have to wait. Well obvs we want them to use the right piece, so we waited another week and got the call saying it was ready. They said they closed at 5pm. I arrived at 4.42 (even took a photo) and the shutters were down. I drove from Bridgend specifically to collect this, and they just decided to close half hour early even they knew I was coming! Finally picked the necklace up yesterday and the link of which they put it BROKE AGAIN with 30 seconds of my partner wearing it. They haven't got a clue what they are doing! I cant be bothered to take it back to them, so I will be going elsewhere. Absolute morons!

Recently had a gold chain repaired by David Michael Ltd, for the second time! I suggested the chain was not fit for purpose. They said it was the manufacturers problem and they had had a number of returns of chains from Cymru y Metel. They returned the chain to them which cost me fifteen Pounds!! On collection I asked if I could return for repair if it broke again. David Michael Ltd said yes if I could prove it was the same link that had broken!!!!!!!!!! How synical!
Honest right from the start and stated they couldn't risk fixing my watch as it could break as it was a certain type of strap that wasn't easily removed. had no issue also with referring a fee local businesses that could.
