Edit: Have since visited again for collection, where the pizzas were very fresh and exceeded expectations. One pizza arrived a complete mess, which is almost impressive as it was only delivered from 5 min away. Tried the new beef doner pizza which was a watery slush and everything seemed undercooked. First time ordering from here and won't bother again. .

I ordered 3 pizzas, they delivered 2 of them. When I called I was promised they'd deliver the pizza later on, nearly an hour later I hadn't received it so I called, they told me they would have to cook a new one, I waited another hour and still no order, no apology or anything. I have asked for a refund, but they can't assure me when I will receive a refund. It can't be this difficult to make an order and deliver it. How ridiculous
