As an employee working at Park View since Dec 18. I would like to say that the staff were welcoming and helpful when I started. Although from a care back round the staff are always on hand to help and support.. . It's a lovely homely environment to work in and the residents are amazing and it's a real pleasure to be able to care and support them. Care is hard work and that's no different here but if you work well in a team you will have amazing support. The management has an open door policy and you can speak about any concerns you have which is such a refreshing thing to find because that is not always the case with other employers There is in house training and outside training given and online training as well which you can do from the comfort of your own home. There is QCF training provided.from level 2 to 5 if you need it or would like to progress.. The home is spread out on 3 floors but easy to find your way around. So if your thinking of working in care. Why not here...couldn't think of a better place
