I absolutely love nebraska mental health centers in lincoln. my therapist is amazing, as well is my med provider and the rest of the staff. they give me reminder calls, are always friendly, and provide quick responses and solutions. if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. never felt like my mental health was in better hands than with NMHC. thank you all for all that you do!!!!!!

I became a client of Kristi’s about a year ago. Since then, every month without fail, I have had to call TWO WEEKS in advance to my meds needing a refill and HARASS the receptionists almost every day about getting Kristi on the ball about my refill- EVEN THEN, Kristi will still be up to WEEKS late on ordering refills on my medications. While I was pregnant, 8/9 of the months, I would be without my medication for days/weeks because Kristi couldn’t do her job. I would call and reason with the receptionists and they would be just as frustrated with Kristi’s inactions.. I had a receptionist tell me that I wasn’t the only client going through it due to Kristi.. I could go on and on, but I will end with this. Please find a med provider who is on top of their job! A poor med provider will only make your mental health go downhill!
I recently had by child test complete psychological testing, upon a referral by our family physician. The testing was scheduled and completed in a reasonable amount of time, with the time taken to ensure that it would be covered by my insurance. We've recently began to see a therapist also and believe that it will be very helpful!
I had been seeing a therapist here for a little less than a year. I am very happy to say that I feel therapy has been a huge benefit and very successful for me! I feel that I am much more ready to cope with stress etc. by using what I have learned and practiced with my therapist. Thank you!
I am very pleased with the services I received here. All the staff were helpful and the testing that my child was referred for was done and reported in a timely manner.
