I love everyone here! I've been coming here for years and they always make me feel comfortable. Mary Jean, Bonita, Lynn, and Dr. Barton, love them all! And the office is so beautiful! Highly recommend!

I see all the 5 star reviews and quite frankly am confused. I thought the receptionist was rude in the past but had no problems with the dentist or the hygienist who cleaned my children or my teeth so I continued going here. The other day I received a call the morning of my daughter’s appointment which was made 6 months ago. It was a snow day and I thought they may be calling me to reschedule. Without telling me anything she says you can come in earlier today or we won’t be able to get your daughter in for months. I said are you closing early today then? No we had some hygienist that couldn’t make it in. Ok I understand that and you should have started the conversation out with that rather than you can come early or months from now. She said ok I will have to call you back but it will probably be months before we can reschedule you. I said ok and have never received a call back. I never leave poor reviews. Honestly, if she had even told me from the beginning what the issue was I would have been more understanding . Maybe she was stressed but you are the face of your business and are rude. Oh well obviously many other people have positive experiences. Just wanted to share mine and won’t be back.

I had my first appointment at Neely Dental Team yesterday. It was a really great experience. They made me feel so comfortable, and walked me through the work that I would need to get done, and didn't make me feel bad for it. They took into consideration the cost and said they would work with me and plan out the most pressing work and figured out the rest depending on what my insurance would cover and what I could afford, which I have never had before. At all the other dentist I have visited they just set me up for my next appointment and say \oh well here is your bill how would you like to pay for that?\. Before I left the receptionist even sat down with me and walked me through what she thought the total would be. I was very impressed

We know how some people just hate going to the dentist but Neely Dental always makes it a positive experience for me and my family. Friendly staff all the way around and Dr. Barton is great, especially with my 5yr old.
