It's a storage unit, not much more to say. Management has been good, units are spacious and accessible. Did have small issue with rodents getting to some of our stuff though to be expected given fields,etc in area.

Good service. Big, clean, dry, well maintained units with prices on par with others in the area. Owners are friendly and direct. Good flexibility with storage unit sizes. I was with them for almost 7 years and easily changed unit size when needed (several times). I stopped using them because I no longer needed the extra storage space; otherwise I'd still be with them.

I do not recommend Tuckaway...they pick and choose what emails they want to address. If you send an email via their website, DOCUMENT!! Our lives changed very quickly during the first few weeks of the pandemic and they were ruthless with locking their units. I also did not get my deposit back as they said they did not receive my 30 notice. I had sent an email via their website. Very interesting they received the others but not the one that gave 30 notice. Ruthless people who do not care about their customers.

I moved out of my unit around February 10th which my bill was not due til February 27th and didn't have time to call Due to moving. I received a call from Jerry about 5 days later and explained to him and he said everything was good and never asked for a written termination response. I never received my security deposit back. Go somewhere else I'm not the first one to write a review about not getting security deposit back.
