I am picky but St. Fiacres' pickled eggplant tickled me pink. So happy I went out on a limb and based on it's label and appearance I bought a jar at a roadside produce stand on the M1. WOW! Chewy, bursting with flavor, a bit spicy, tender....eat as a snack or an accompaniment to antipastos, curries. salad. 10/10 will buy again and maybe try other vegetable or fruit products from St. Fiacres.
