Great receptionist, but we ended up not getting supported when our all tax somehow went to centrelink. It was much better years ago with the previous owner Ron.

Nice receptionist, that's where it ends. A really unprofessional business. Firstly yelling staff whom take calls at the top of their voice for the whole floor to hear, secondly take business calls and have them on loud speaker for clients to hear all, thirdly a 50 minute wait for an appointment that was rescheduled on their behalf. Ron was fantastic, but since his departure this business is terrible.

What a joke that Wyndham Business Awards 2019 has in its finals a team which misinforms its client. They were fine until 2018 then I discovered through the ATO the team misinformed me which explains why they kept dodging calls and emails. I do not call that professionalism. I tried to give them a chance but this is shocking.

They used to be great but this year (2018) they have been shocking. Bad customer service, argumentative on the phone, unpleasant and even after asking to take my email off their listing they still are sending me emails. I understand that they have new owners but that's not a reason to treat customers with disrespect. We moved on. Bye Negotiate.
