My father and I used Alan to handle some legal affairs before my dad passes away and Mr. Burch was extremely fast and efficient in getting the papers in order. He even went to the hospital where my father is as my father couldn't make it to his office due to being so ill. His costs were also fair.
I called to inquire about some legal advise. I was appalled with how the lady that answered the phone treated me. She talked down to me as if my current situation was not important. OK it may be to her... but seriously if your can't work in customer service then don't bother.
