Hi, I have been seeing Geraldine for a number of years now. She has been a God send to my wellbeing! She has guided me through some tough times and every time I leave her I feel amazing , not weighed down or cloudy in my thinking. I even look better , brighter ,as my husband says, and he doesn't even believe in it!! I see Geraldine every 5/6 weeks. it takes me an hour to travel to her and an hour back ,but for me, it is definitely worth the visit!!

The women’s empowering 1 day program is full of so many who seem to find struggles and it’s the day you become more aware of what tools and coping mechanisms you will need to live through when faced with pain and trauma. Geraldine is such an inspiring woman and holds so much knowledge for us all to learn. If I could do it again, I would do it in a heart beat.
