I purchased 2x Von Treskow necklaces from Jewel of the Bay earlier this year. They were one of the only stores selling a particular necklace I had my eye on. There was a minor cosmetic issue (uneven tarnish) with one of the necklaces and I contacted the store about an exchange. After taking a look at some photos Roger offered to have his team even out the tarnish for me, and the whole process was very quick, professional and friendly.
