After holding my bookwork for well over a month or two, i asked to collect and take to a different agent. I was spoken to rudely on phone and again when i went in to collect... i was told "good luck trying to find someone else to do it in the next 2 weeks" its a shame really when im a local trying to use locals... H&R BLOCK has been going above and beyond!
