Is this the best pharmacy in Port Stephens? The team at Nelson Bay DDS are excellent and the pharmacy is easy to shop. The prices are very competitive with high quality service.

I highly recommend this chemist, they are professional & caring, the service is amazing, through all the processes & changes to medication nothing is to much for this team, from ringing doctors, hospitals, specialists & family... Cheree, Sam, the male pharmacist & staff... thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your effort.

Store is cramped, they substitute generic drugs without consultation, ask medically inappropriate questions in front of other customers, are condescending at times and the manager, Sam, is an atrocious bully who showed nil concern for my 82 year mother's medical needs. The female chemist there is quite good though and is quite switched on. Manager and store now subject to disability discrimination claim and health commission complaint. Petty grievances should not be allowed to interfere with the provision of medicine to the aged and disabled.
