I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Nelson Bay Dental. We were staying at Bannisters and on our first night (Saturday mind you) my front tooth broke in half, thinking I’d have to cut our trip short due to getting around the hotel looking like a Collingwood supporter....my partner managed to find the dental practice number. Thankful that Dr Andrew Huntington answered the phone (it was around 7.30 and he was having dinner mind you) in good humour! I then informed him of my situation, Andy asked for photos to be sent and responded by saying he’d see me at 9.00am the next morning. A Sunday! On arrival I was greeted by the lovely Narelle (practice manager) and after the initial paperwork I was in the chair with Andy! One hour later he had me back to new back enjoying the holiday with my family! Massive thank you again to Andy and Narelle - also, considering it was an emergency the call out fee on a Sunday was very reasonable! Highly recommend.
