If you can get in to see a doctor they are pretty good. Trying to explain to the receptionists that someone is in a great deal of pain and have been advised by the hospital to see their GP immediately is impossible. They just don’t understand and don’t care. I get told “there’s an appointment that will become available tomorrow but you have to wait until that opens up overnight” then I call back 5 hours later to be told “if you had called earlier in the day you could have taken one of tomorrows appointments now they are all gone”! Honestly is it that hard..???!!!!! Had I known I was going to have an accident over the weekend & needed a doctor I would have booked one in advance but people get sick / hurt / injured unexpectedly but the receptionists at the clinic just don’t seem to understand this!

Checked in at front desk and then was asked to wait to be called. After 20 minutes of waiting, i queried at front desk how much longer it was going to be. The other lady i had checked in was not there at this stage.. so asked other lady. She checked computer and she said..it shows here you have not been checked in. Poor front desk service on this occassion.
joel wenitong is the best doctor i have ever seen. He listens and wants to help i have never had a more helpful doctor. The staff are always lovely and helpful and will do what they can to make sure u are taken care of. The doctors ive seen there have all been great. But joel has to be the one who stands out to me.
Good luck worse experience of my life....... If your happy to wait hours in the waiting room. Or Happy for rude doctors who could care less about your well being to waste your time. Or bounce around doctors to you find a good one just to have them leave cause there sick of the way the place is run. I have had 6 doctors leave In 2 years Or Watch people in the waiting room cry in pain why the reception dose nothing and ignores them. This is the place for you. I would not Recommend this place to my Worst enemy.
my wife went to see Teresa lum was rudly spoken to and rushed out of the appointment within 5-10 minutes she booked into a longer appointment didnt get barly anything checked that she needed done and she was jus told i need you to hurry up so i can do my next appointment i would definatly not reccomend someone that has no care for patients or her job and most likely herself quite dissapointed as the rest of the clinic has only but helped
Dr O'Connell is the best wish she was still my Dr, shame i moved to the other side of the country
Natasha Hall has tried so hard for 3 years to help me through my hormonal imbalance since ovary removal.
