The newest gym in Nelson Bay. Two very experienced, enthusiastic and energetic instructors. A great range of classes that go from Seated Strength to Les Mills BodyCombat and even Mum’s and Bub’s. A brand new Crèche is also now available. A promise of more instructors and an even larger range of classes to come as the Membership builds. The gym has a fresh look to it, loads of space, and the staff and participants are welcoming and friendly. A great place for your workout.
