I recently took in my old jewellery to the lovely shop in the Cascade Walk off the rivers car park opposite Woolworths. I was unsure what I could have done and the lovely Scottish lass was very helpful to sort for me which was real gold and then the costume jewellery. The jeweller Roger and his assistant were very helpful and looked at the gold jewellery and gemstones I had and we made a design to have two rings made. It was not an easy task as I have very bad arthritis and big knuckles. They had to make me rings which were hinged and opened and closed behind my knuckles. They turned out fantastic and it's so lovely now to be wearing both my mother's and grand mother's rings that are now new again. Give them a call 49815999.

I recently purchased a white gold & opal ring for my wife as a christmas present from Port Stephens Jewellery. Within days the opal fell out of the ring, we were lucky enough the find it on the floor. On returning the store I was rudely told by the owner Mr Roger Carey that it was my wife fault and I needed to pay for repairs. I left and had another Jeweller repair this Item and was told that it was " cheap junk" I subsequently sold the item on gumtree and purchased another from a reputable Jeweller. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
