called becasue I am a member and need help getting a tire off that just popped and was told they wont send anyone to help me , so now I am sleeping in my truck waiting till the morning at the end of JAN, dec will not renew , second time this year
I don’t have any issues with the services I have received at BCAA but with hours from 10-4 and nothing on weekends how is anyone with a regular job supposed to make it in? Some services can occur online but it makes it hard if you have any questions.
BCAA service was fantastic. They are very courteous & with the current situation, time waits were 5 mins to 10 mins for in person service and I was able to renew my auto insurance with ease. Highly recommended from my part
