This company one of their truck was driving down 75 Wednesday morning throwing rocks everywhere. It cracked my windshield and put a star in it. I pulled over and called the company. They gave me Ann’s phone number and in the beginning she was very helpful said she was call their insurance to get it taking care of. Thursday morning Travelers called asked me what happened and set me up a appointment to get a estimate to get it fixed to only call me back and tell me Ann told them that they was not covering it because her driver said he cleaned his truck out per their protocol. That was a lie other wise he would not be having rocks flying everywhere and my windshield would not be broke. They don’t take responsibility for their actions.
