Great store when it comes to D.I.Y to ideas or when you need construction equipment. They have some real friendly staff who help out with everything. Will visit again.

I don't normally shop there but they had what I wanted at the best price. I have found it difficult to get help when needed and when you do find someone they don't have much knowledge about the item so they go to get someone who can which could take another 5 or 10 minutes and then find that when you ask a few questions it's clear that they also not that familiar with the item or product so you are left feeling none the wiser. So because of that I very seldom shop there

Took my 6 year to toilet and found urine all over the floor which he dropped his shorts in before I noticed. Ergh! Stopped for a coffee and lady at coffee shop was very helpful and gave my other child a drink of water. Looked for wire cutters and other staff member was helpful finding them. Perhaps more frequent checks on the toilets would have got a better review..

Very big wherehouse , you can find lots of thing here , like home fitting , construction equipment , garden stuff , there is a small cafe to have coffe and for eat something . I just visited to window shopping

Worst customer service of all the hardware warehouses in Nelson. Wanting just one question answered about a product, the service person was more interested in their phone and computer, didn't even acknowledge that I was standing waiting right in front of them obviously wanting help. Went to customer service to get help, they called a staff member on the intercom to help and said for me to go back to the product area. Waited, no one came. Went back to customer service desk, the head person of the product area I was interested in was right by the customer service desk. Customer service person asked if the head person could help, THEY ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO GET SOMEONE ELSE. Being sometimes slightly cheaper than their competitors is no excuse for this. This is the pits in service. If you want a company that knows it's products and is keen to help you get the job done, try elsewhere than Bunnings.
