Its a group of people so fiercely dedicated to their individual crafts they can only dare come together under a larger presence that the each have a creative stake in. Why you might say, "Its kind of like herding cats, and skinning seals!", and we'd say "No its like being so passionate about something you can't bear to not participate in making it greater than yourself through combined effort with other righteously crafty people who are fervently seeking to create a better more stylish world." We all happen to be pretty damn nice also!
