Absolutely amazing service from all of the staff and I have been coming here for years. Kind, friendly and very helpful when talking you through your treatment. Dr Philip Eccles has kept me updated throughout the process and I am so happy with the outcome of my treatment. I couldn’t recommend Oakland Dental Family Practice enough!

I highly recommend this Dental Practice! Prior to joining Oakland Family Dental Practice, I was really nervous about dental appointments & would think of reasons not to go. Previous bad experiences left me ‘paranoid’ about going to the Dentist. Now I feel so at ease, with the ‘fear’ completely gone. The atmosphere is very calm/relaxed. The surgery is light/airy/open & pleasant. Tina the Receptionist is helpful & informative. My dentist, Phil is second to none, as is my Hygienist, Adele. The Dental Nurses are all welcoming. All in all I am ‘over the moon’ that I am with this Practice & won’t be looking elsewhere.

I went the reception staff were really helpful and smiling even the dentists were the same except the one who does braces is really unhelpful and is not very informative. ONLY 3 STARS FOR THE RECEPTION STAFF OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVE IT 1 FOR THE BRACES DENTIST
