By far the best gym experience in the entire Kootenays. I've been to every CrossFit gym from Nelson to Fernie. They're all good, but Ali and Leo and their coaching staff are next level. Fantastic class programming with progressive strength training that gets you fit, slim and strong, noticeably so. Class make-up is varied, with all levels of ability, age and sizes of people supporting eachother in a way I have never experienced at any other gym. Well worth the money. Wish I'd started going years earlier. Lucky to have this place in Nelson.
