Near the end of my lunch break I entered the store and asked Stephanie about a specific boot for men. She knew exactly the boot I wanted and that unfortunately they aren't able to special order them anymore due to supply issue. She then asked my size, and directed me to the consignment store Silver Lining which is next store (same owners). Stephanie knew that there was a pair of those exact boots in excellent condition, in my size, on consignment for a great price. The staff at Silver Lining were very helpful and gave efficient service. I purchased the boots and am very happy. This all took place in under 7 minutes. Well done!!!
