Found this place while I was in Nelson for my birthday. So glad I did! Very professional yet homey. All staff I came into contact with were pleasant and welcoming. The masseuse was AMAZING, actually fell asleep at the end! Thank you everyone at Tea Garden Spa for a lovely end to a fantastic to birthday!

Had my hair done by Laura. I was charged too much, but its okay since I want my hair to be pretty and all. My hopes are high since she is a senior stylist but nope. She said I only have 3hours for my hair to be done. It is not my fault that she is fully booked, I paid a full service. She rushed everything. And since she doesnt have enough time, she asked me to leave without my hair blown dry. I walked out the salon with my hair dripping. My hair color is not even too. And YES, she is a Senior Stylist with poor quality and poor guest relations.

My hair stylest moved away so I switched to tea garden salon. Love the Aveda product line. Did a little covid haircuting March so there were some challenges. Laura gave me a cut and colour today and I'm absolutely loving, SERIOUSLY loving this new do. So happy with my new summer hair!
Went in for a lash lift. The experience it's self was great! She has was very friendly and professional. However the end result was very disappointing! My lashes were not lifted at all. After a very lengthy conversation with the front girl I received a full refund. The shop was very clean and organize.
