Neon arena services is a contracting company formed to promote, supply, maintain and build the demountable Junckers wooden sports floors from the 2002 Commonwealth Games. We have three floors available and these are regularly used for netball, basketball, badminton, wheelchair basketball, table tennis and volleyball and various promotional events. Our clients include England Netball, BBL, England Badminton, England Table Tennis Association, England Hockey and the 2014 Commonwealth Games. We build a be spoke floor each year for wheel chair basketball at the Sainsbury's School Games and at the Olympic Park for National Paralympics Day, this year we are proud to be designing and building a floor for the Invictus Games for wounded service personnel also at the Olympic Park. As of this year we have also taken over the maintenance and hire of the demountable hockey floor owned by England Hockey, this can be built to any size up to 40 metres by 20 metres. We also supply all technical crew at the National Indoor Arena and the LG Arena for the build and de rig of all sporting and music events. This involves the setting and maintenance of all the seating blocks for every show and build and de rig of the modular stage system. Once a year we build the 200 metre indoor athletics track, which stays up for 4 weeks to hold major indoor athletic events for UK Athletics. We are responsible for forklift support for all the major concerts at both arenas loading and unloading up to 50 artics per show. We have also recently started giving extra support by having 5 of our crew attain IPAF tickets to allow them to operate mobile platforms at height. As an extension to our seating work at the NIA and LG we hire, deliver and build flat floor seating systems at the NEC Exhibition halls.
