They talk a great game. However, their follow-through is not good. Emails go unanswered; promises of help in connecting to other services go unfulfilled. The packers and unpackers are slow and have no sense of where things should go. The movers that they found for us left 8 SUV trips worth of our belongs in the old house - that, after taking 12 hours to move us, not the estimated 5-8 hours. Packers took double the number of hours estimated. Overall, the 70/hour was ridiculous! These packers/unpackers are worth minimum wage, nothing more. The entire moving experience was hell. Worst of all, the cost was astronomical. Do yourselves a favour, and hire someone you trust to move quickly and carefully. This company is not it.

Gisele and her team were wonderful. They really helped us with my mom's downsizing and selling her house. They helped her go through everything and we're so helpful in what was a stressful and emotional process for my mom and I. They went above and beyond the entire time, and they were all lovely people. I would happily work with them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
I can Not say enough amazing thing about Gisele and her girls (shout out to Jill for always being so friendly). We have work along side of Altered Spaces on many moves and more recently when our owner (who is our packer as well) was injured in a motorcycle accident that Gisele and her girls came to our rescue and help our own customers who were scheduled to pack with us they came in and stepped up and took a huge weight off our shoulders. Gisele has checked in on a regular with me to see how Adam (owner) is healing and if we needed anything. The smallest gestures mean a lot when the world is so scary . I would not hesitate to recommend Gisele and her girls ..
I read the previous review and have to say, my experience has been the total opposite. I hired Gisele, my fairy godmother as I call her, in February 2020. I needed help with downsizing 3 generations of “stuff” as well as selling our family home and finding a bungalow that i could manage with an ailing husband. Gisele and her fairies did it all, with grace and style. And all through the onset of Covid. Gisele has kept me informed of when the on-line auctions were happening, how the pickup of items sold would take place. She has managed a challenging move into the new house, all while we are undergoing a kitchen reno. I could nit have done it without Gisele and her team of fairies. I have recommended her to several friends who want to purge the stuff, the kids n longer want. If you need help. Call Gisele
The ladies are nothing short of professional, hard working and dedicated to the job they do. They are easy to work with, have great work ethic and are compassionate and kind. Thank you for all you do to help people in sometimes difficult and sad situations.
