It is an absolute pleasure to write this review for Assurance Home Care. When my father developed pneumonia, we aimed to avoid the Emergency Room, hospitals and clinics at all costs to minimize his exposure to other germs, bugs and risks. Stephen, Dominique and the Assurance team were truly outstanding, enabling us to achieve this goal. They provided excellent home visits, monitoring and care that allowed us to evaluate his condition consistently every few days (by the same team members), over 12 weeks. The team was wonderful to work with, caring and consistently accessible, supporting our family through a very difficult period. Thank you all for helping my father recover and keeping his spirits up. You will have my business for life.

I am a former Personal Support Worker for Assurance and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and owners. They helped me form new friendships with the clients and with them. They went above and beyond to accommodate and issues I may have had and we very professional and caring.
