More importantly Jocelyn, Paul and Clint are so dedicated in providing the outmost of service, that from the moment I enter to when I'm being given my purchases is outstanding!!! Bad products. We had renovation and came here to look for new toilets. We made it clear that we wanted toilets with powerful flush. The saleslady recommended a toilet that she said she used at home and it was very powerful. We listened to her and bough 4 toilets. It was a big mistake! All 4 toilets were so weak that they did not flush even only water sometimes. We got clogged toilets all the time and it was so frustrating. Two of the toilets had broken seats in just 1 year. Do not waste your money here. They sell cheap \made in China\ products. Their products are clones from other brand names but low quality China stuff.
Excellent costumer service, knowledgeable staff. Doing Reno’s during covid has been difficult, Clint made sure we received everything we needed and delivery was smooth and worry free. Would highly recommend this store.
